OSO Audit

Product · real screenshots

The product, unstaged.

Every image on this page is a capture from the running system on a complete fixture engagement — no mockups, no staged data, no cropping out the inconvenient parts. Amber and red appear where amber and red are true.

The findings queue — detection at population scale

244 findings across the full general ledger, ranked by risk, with the exposure quantified and every engine's contribution visible. The wave checkpoints across the top are the five gates — none advances without a recorded human judgment.

One finding, fully traced

This is the object an inspector asks for. The AI-drafted conclusion is labelled as exactly that; the standard is a clause chip that opens the clause text; the evidence is linked GL entries — and the three buttons at the bottom are the point: a named person accepts, rejects or escalates. Nothing enters the file on the model's authority.

Conclusion → standard → evidence → human review, stored as one chain. The "AI-drafted · unreviewed" label is permanent until a person disposes it.

Controls proven, not sampled

22 of 23 key controls compiled to deterministic logic and reperformed over 100% of the period's transactions, each issuing a signed certificate. The banner at the top is targeted invalidation doing its job — materiality changed, so exactly the affected artifacts are flagged, and nothing else was touched.

Firm quality, with the amber showing

One dashboard serves ISQM 1, SQMS 1 and QC 1000. Note the colors: two components amber, one red, five green. A quality dashboard that is always green is decoration — this one is wired to the actual state of the files, which is why it is allowed to be unflattering.
