This website is operated by AuditLens Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as OSO Audit. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is information, not advice

Everything here is general information about our software. Nothing on this site is professional, accounting, auditing, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be relied on in forming an audit opinion, satisfying a professional standard, or discharging any duty you owe to a client or regulator. Responsibility for professional judgment remains entirely yours.

Descriptions of standards and regulatory requirements are summaries for orientation. The authoritative text is the standard itself, published by the relevant standard setter.

3. Forward-looking statements

Where we describe capability as planned, designed or not yet shipped, that is a statement of current intention and not a commitment to deliver by any date. We label those distinctions deliberately; please read them as written.

4. Our content

The text, design, diagrams and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may read, quote reasonably with attribution, and share links. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, or use the content to imply endorsement or a business relationship that does not exist.

Third-party standards material referenced on this site remains the property of the relevant standard setter, and is referenced rather than reproduced.

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system, interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of applicable law.

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
